Vegan GF Ratatouille Pie
Braised eggplant, zucchini, capsicum in a herbed tomato base, mixed with vegan cheese (coconut oil, potato starch compound). Tastes like a pizza pocket!
A whole pie serves 6-8 pie lovers. Our family pies are par-baked, cooled and then vacuum-sealed to keep in their freshness. Fillings are precooked so all they need is to be reheated in an oven.
